I just wanted to mention again how important and helpful cardiac rehab can be to helping you recover from any surgery as soon as I finished phase 2 I started phase 3 and I have been doing phase 3 for 4+ years and I really enjoy it and I have made a lot of new friends so if you are a few days out of surgery start thinking about cardio rehab I highly recommend it and I know there are others who do to may you all have a great recovery your heart valve brother steven a husted (popeye)
