boy oh boy was I scared I had two kidney operations and they were very painful and I thought heart surgery would be worse but after reading the posts on this site and reading adams book it really helped me with my fear I never knew I had any heart problem before January 2014 so I really needed help to get thru this journey and this site really helped me I had my heart valve replaced 8/19/2014 and started cardiac rehab very soon after the surgery the surgery was not as painful as I thought it would be the team that worked on me did a very good job
