health anxiety. i wake at night thinking about my AVR i had in 2020...edwards cow valve, aling w mitral ring, and some kinda aortic sleeve. i need to STOP reading people's stories about multiple replacements, repairs. i just saw cardiologist a month ago . was pronounced ok. suggested an echo, but no order given. i have GAD and PTSD anyway, from my heart disaster of 2020. doing well, basically, at 81. my usual activities as always...just rest more than in my 40s. im gkad i still have this group.

hi....i joined here in 2020 after SAVR. after upgrading phones a few times, the membership disappeared. so...I'm back. i got the cow valve in may of 2020. im now 80, and basically and blessedly healthy. except for ongoing health/ cardiac anxiety, abd PTSD. im good. ride my bicycle all over, good for 5 or so miles. live alone after losing my man in 2020( 3 months post op) with 3 awesome cats and a derpy keeshund/ husky mix girl. rescue who's been with me 7 months. I'm glad i found this group again.
