Susan Lynn Michael - I thought I was asymptomatic. I chalked up my shortness of breath (with exertion) up to simple aging, but I was wrong, it was my leaking mitral valve. I had a repair at age 57. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. Wishing you all the best!
