He does look relaxed. Must be all those little Egyptian mice on the bed spread.

I went thru the same procedure as you will soon have.(Though I had the added bonus of an aortic root aneurysm..) I can honestly say that the whole procedure was not as bad/painful as my worrying mind would have me believe. Wishing you a smooth journey through surgery and recovery!

Michael - It's never easy to have your procedure date changed when you're ready to put it behind you, but it's definitely better safe than sorry. There are still so many unknowns with COVID, I'm sure they're erring on the side of caution. Try to enjoy the next few weeks... Read more.

Yeah. Hear ya. I was scheduled June 10th, severe mitral valve regurgitation. 5 hours of pre-testing. Night before surgery, I got a call: covid positive. Surgery is now July 8th. Covid shuts it all down! Good luck!

I'm sorry Michael, you have to wait again. Ever since COVID a lot of surgeries and procedures have been rescheduled for a lot of our heart warriors. We will be here waiting with you. July 20th is a good date, (anniversary of The Man on The Moon 1969) praying for... Read more.

Sorry to hear this. The only time I really cried was when my surgery was postponed for about a week. I don't know why it shook me so but it did. Then I tried to realize how much God is in control of everything and knew it was all part... Read more.

I'm sorry to hear this, Michael. Numbers are rising here in Europe and who knows what will be until my surgery date... Your post kind of prepared me for a possible postponing scenario so maybe it won't be that big of a shock... You never know in what way your... Read more.

Sometimes things like this happen for a reason. Maybe ,you know who , knew your surgeon would have a migraine that day and would not be on his game. Or not.

What a disappointment for you! July 20th will be here before you know it. Sending prayers your way. ~❤️
