Lynn, glad to see you again but sorry to hear you are having trouble with your valve. I know how bad depression can be. Hope you get some good news from the doctor in July. Keep us posted. We will say a prayer for you.

Oh no! i get slightly out of breath sometimes too, and other times I can feel my heart pounding like it did before surgery. But most other times I'm not even paying attention. July 15 isn't far off.

Lynn, I am sorry to hear about the depression and know that for the past few weeks here in Manteca, when I walk in the "Hood"" I find myself a little out of breath. Our air quality "sucks" between the 103 degrees and off and on fires burning I think... Read more.

Thank you all for your responses! You know Meredith and Terrie, if you two get out of breath maybe it's not my valve! Gives me hope at least! Maybe I'm just fearful because this is my second bovine valve. I'll keep you posted and thanks again for your encouragement!

Lynn, glad to know you here! I had mitral valve repair on Dec. 16 and am on the recovering side. Have had some issues recovering, but overall ok. Thanks for posting.
