After asking my cardiologist the same question, his reply was that we (mechanical valve patients) are not considered high risk patients but there might be some sort of complications due to the fact that our INR is really high

Hi to everyone went to my cardiologist yesterday to get results of all my tests and he gave me great news every thing was great and blood pressure perfect couldn't fault me and doesn't want to see me for twelve months, so after my aortic and mitral valves replaced with... Read more.
