Hi Kim - I am in your position as well. Being a virgo too. My primary diagnosed me and in Feb I'll be going to see the cardiologist. Yes I'm procrastinating. Right now I'm trying to grasp everything.

This is a picture of me 2 years ago and then just this March 2018 once I found out that my valve was getting worse. I made a committment to get healthier before I had to have surgery.
Great job Kim. I bet you feel so much better. Keep on grinding and you will get to where you want to be. We are all cheering you on!
Good for you! I lost 33 pounds 2 years ago but then had to go on 60mg a day of prednisone. Gained all that back. Took me 2 years to decrease to 5mgs a day. Problem is it causes slower healing when you're on steroid.
Great job Kim! That is such a good way to prepare for surgery.
I am doing everything possible to help get prepared and have the quickest recovery can not rely so much on my age as everything as a whole package.
