It has been an emotional roller coaster since I got my BAV/Stenosis diagnosis a few months back and the stress of making a decision on which path to take (mechanical, Ross, Bio) has been difficult. This forum has been a life saver for me although I don't share much given how private I am. That being said, one of the most stressful things was whether or not I passed this on to my three children. All three of them had echos yesterday and thankfully they are all fine with healthy hearts and a tricuspid valve! I will take all the wins I can get but this one was quite significant for me.
