Susan Lynn I completely agree with Jeff. I always say 95% of recovery happens in the first few weeks - the last 5%, however, can take awhile. If you have the opportunity, go to cardiac rehab. There are many benefits and you can have your heart monitored under exertion. I think it will boost your confidence and lift your spirits!

Rita Savelis I was exhausted for a long time after OHS. Shortness of breath on stairs and if I exerted myself. Everything made me tired. I did a lot of just sitting around. It was hard, because I didn't feel "better". Depression is common. After all that your body has been through and is still going through, you have to process emotionally. It takes time. You've been through a lot. Everything you are experiencing is normal. Everyone's experience is singular and valid. Take Care Emmanuel.
