Hi Emmanuel - Congratulations on your two month time-frame. Like others have said, yes, full recovery takes awhile and it can be discouraging at times. But give it time, and hang in. It’s been awhile for me - had mitral valve repair January 2015, and that now seems like forever ago. But I remember having to take it easy for at least six months (and looking back I should’ve slowed down a bit more than I maybe did). But I turned 70 right after surgery, so age is a factor too. Be easy on yourself but at the same time, do the cardiac rehab and take care. Best to you! Lenore (Colorado)
