Today Kathy and I are traveling to Beth Israel Lahey Hospital for some pre-operation procedures and education on what to expect during the surgery. Yesterday, my counselor gave me some affirmations that I truly believe and want to share:

I remember going to the hospital and we had a confirmation that we chose the right surgeon. The nurse told us that we must have won the lottery. She said our surgeon was brilliant. Godspeed!
