WOW 3 years ago I had Mitral valve surgery at Mayo August 03/2016. It did a number on my body and I gained about 40 lbs in 2 years. Found out my metabolism slowed down , my male hormones changed but once that got sorted out I started getting back... Read more.

Anyone still around from say 2 or 3 years ago? I had mitral valve repair 8/3/2016 and had a lot of people help me through it on here. Adam still wish you'd consider a AlumniWhere are they now section.

Hi Dan. I also had a mitral valve repair along with a tricuspid valve repair 8/2/2016 at Mt Sinai in New York by Dr . David Adams. I am doing great and can't even believe I had OHS. How are you doing??
