Still in the hospital. Unbelievable staff here at Mayo hospital Phoenix, AZ. It looks like I'll be going home tomorrow. Went into my first Afib yesterday after one of my walks. 80% AVR patients experience this, so once I felt it and my understood I was ok. I have not... Read more.

I am eight weeks post op for bovine AVR. I am full of energy and feel great, even my sternum pain is minimal. You will feel so much better at home!

Got the tests out of the way and met with my surgeon and his team...I cannot be in better hands! I'm a nervous talker so they all got a kick out of my outside the box questions. At the end I left confident with my doctor telling me I'm low... Read more.
