Hi all! 5 weeks now post aortic valve/aneurysm and all was going quite well until Monday, when follow-up Echo showed PERICARDITIS! Explains why it still HURTS when I cough! Unfortunately, I have anasty ALLERGY and sinus drip, soooo coughing quite a bit. Bummer - thought I was thru the Woods, but not quite. Now taking Colchine, anti-inflam, soooo hoping for the best. Wish I had more patience😬😬😬 Regardless, for everybody waiting for the BIG DAY - Wishing you Quick Recovery. Surgery is a BIIIIG deal, but so is your life - its worth the "time out" for a few months.
