About Me

I was diagnosed with congenital aortic stenosis when I was 17 when I was getting my annual sports physical. My local doctor who cleared me for participation. The valve remained "mildly" stenoic until I was about 47. In the year between my echo's I went from mild to moderate severe with a gradient of 21 mmHg to nearly 40. This year the mean was 40 and the peak was 64.
