Keep up the good work William, cardio rehab is the best! It forced me to get out and get moving and also introduced me to some others who had a similar experience.

Hi. I'm from Cyprus (Greek ) I'm 50 years old and I'm going into surgery in a few days for aortic valve replacement but I just can't decide what valve to choose any advice?

Last day of work before Surgery, More anxiety about making sure everything is ready for the substitute teacher than about the surgery.

Hello William, It really helps to have something to focus on to "fill up" the pre-op days:) Personally, I was so focused on organizing Christmas that I did not think about the surgery until that day. Best wishes for a successful surgery and smooth recovery.
