I am almost 3 mos post surgery. I was diagnosed with a heart murmur as a child and told it was fine nothing to worry about. On Feb 20, 2013 I was told I need to have my aortic and mitral replaced someday. In May 2013 my Mother passed away. I attributed the fatigue I was having to grief. By June 2015 I started the pre surgery process. I had the surgery on Sept 9, 2015. On Sept 18 I received a pace maker (possibly temporary) I am currently wearing a halter heart monitor and have no incidents of AFIB to record.
