About Me (In My Own Words)
I was born with a coarctation of the Aorta with a bicuspid aortic valve which I had repaired in Buffalo NY in 1975, in 2012 I was diagnosed with ascending aortic aneurysm and had it repaired with no complications. I kept up with my cardiology visits with echo and had growing sinus of Valsalva aneurysm and at 64 and the size has gotten to 5 cm with a bicuspid valve decided to have it repaired. On 12/4/2025 had bio-Bentall procedure, developed total heat block and also ended up with a pacemaker. Still in recovery and doing caridiac rehab.
