About Me (In My Own Words)
Did a routine echo during my cardiology fellowship and found out I had an AR aneurysm. Despite atenolol it dilated up to 5 cm. Went to the Cleveland Clinic and had root replacement with valve resuspension by Dr. Svensson. I can not thank him enough, by the sixth week I was back to work without a the most minimal complication. I resumed my exercise activities and currently cycling up to 120 miles per week at an average of 20+ mph with no issues. Repeat echo and CT completely normal.
