I have been diagnosed with moderate mitral valve regurgitation 2 years ago. I have been doing an Echo test, and blood tests every 6 months. During my last June echo test, my mitral valve went from mild to severe. I am 46 years old and asymptomatic, although I am always tired during this previous month. Last week I did a TEE scan test and on 7th Oct 2024 I have an appointment with my doctor for an evaluation for repair or replace.
