Send Frank a NoteAbout Me
Hi i had a triple bipass open heart surgery ,and at same time had a pericardial tissue heart valve(aortic) replaced.
At time of operation i later found out at my annual cardiac visit that i gad a 4.5cm aortic anneurism as well.
I have now found out it is at 5cm and it will need to be operated on if it gets any bigger.
I am really upset that they did not do it when i had the open heart done.
My question is do i need open heart again to get it fixed or is there another way as i really dont want to go through open heart again
Also am i right to feel angry that it was not done during valve replacement
I am now 66 years old .what is my best option.
