About Me

I was asymptomatic , got injured on a const. job eight years ago. The local hospital did upper thoracic CT . Showed dilated ascending aorta. That sent things in motion. further testing showed stenotic Bi Cuspid aortic valve. Had yearly echocardiograms Oct 2019 my left ventricle pressures went up to 46 which required surgery. I did my research and went with Cleveland Clinic as they are rated the best in the country. I am 57 went with a inspiris bovine valve as i did not want to be on Coumadin. I also had ascending aortic Graft . I cannot say enough great things about Cleveland Clinic I am three months post op and feeling great!!
