About Me

I was diagnosed with rheumatic heart disease when I was 8 my Cardiologists treated my heart problem with Penador. He instructed my parents to have it injected to me every 28 days. I am doing great, I really didn't feel that there's something wrong in my heart. Then when I was 15 my mom got me checked to another Cardiologists and his diagnosis is I have heart enlargement. Again I didn't take it seriously beacause I am feeling great I am active on sports on our schools till I get to college. A few months after my graduation I felt different, I am slowly loosing weight and sometimes difficulty in breathing and palpitations. It got me 5months to finally decide to have my health checked. On october I was diagnosed with Graves Disease. I am contantly taking the medications. Then on November I had my scheduled check up. But before my check up I had a fever that almost last a week. We are 18 hours away from my doctor. So we have to travel that far while traveling I experienced joint pains, fever and I felt cold that time. Then we arrived in Manila. A few hours later I experienced difficulty in breathing and I felt like I almost float and about to faint. Then my mom an dad brought me to the nearest hospital. When we arrived at the hospital I can still answer al the interviews. A few hours later I experienced difficulty in breathing and started to feel pain on my lower back and I was feeling a sleep it felt like I couldn't help my self from sleeping then I hear the doctors and nurses "her blood sugar is dropping". I almost died that time. I am considering myself very blessed because we arrived on our destination before everything happened. I was confined on the hospital for almost half a month. The doctors ad a hard time finding the couse of my never ending fever. My cardiologists ask for the help of an Dr. for infectious. They've found out that my valve has a problem. They said that it should be repaired or replaced as soon as possible. I had my surgery last December 21, 2016. Now my endocrinologist is treating my Graves Disease. I am 22 years-old by the way and I thought I am the youngest to undergone this surgery but I was wrong there are others that are younger than I thought.
