Happy New year Heart Warriors! I'm doing well and newly retired as of November 2021 (ejoying some R&R in Florida) Hard work and some sacrifice along the way made it possible for me to retire 10yrs early. Be well and cheers to a better 2022.

Hello Heart Warriors, I hope all is well with everyone, 2 years ago today I was recovering from OHS at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester MN. (I still can't believe it.) I'm thankful and Lucky to be alive! God is great and remenber he will never let us walk

Same Hill 1 year later. Hello Heart Warriors! It's been a busy year but, I'm happy to report at my 1 year follow up visit at the "Mayo" last week, my ON-X mechanical valve", is performing beautifully, like a well oiled machine. My cardiologist was ve
