While I could sell the house and live in a tent in exchange for a full night's sleep in bed, I'm pleased how this is healing 3 weeks out from surgery. Got to take the positives where you can!

I was the same way about sleeping. Could not sleep in the hospital, and still had trouble sleeping at home... It does get better, though. Incision is looking good!

Great attitude Martin! Take any win you can. Fyi, the sleep was problematic for me as well. In time, it will get easier.

So folks had my surgery last Wednesday at Mount Sinai. Dr Varghese performed the Ross Procedure. Had a few ups and downs in ICU including Afib but everything is settling down. ECG on the cards today along with some decisions about temporary Cumiden levels
