2 Days Short of 4 Weeks Glad to be at my first Swim Meet since my procedure . Never thought I would enjoy the smell of Chlorine and 100% Humidity of a Meet! Ahead of schedule

That is awesome Frank. So glad that you re healing well and getting out. I go in less than 3 weeks now. The countdown is on. Lot's of test over the next three weeks.

DAY 13 Last night was my first day back on the Pool Deck at Practice . As the commercial says "Priceless". Mugging it up with some of my Coaches. Great night for me . It culminated a day for me that included almost 13,000 steps on my FitBit.
