Happy Friday my fellow heart warrior brothers and sisters! Today's my one month 'surgaversary'. Great work! I enjoy my rehab time immensely. You're making me want to step it up a bit. They just let me start jogging a little this week and my legs are pretty sore. Good to see you're doing well!
