Damian- I'm so excited to see you are running! I see Dr. Stelzer tomorrow. Fingers crossed he tells me the same :) I have been doing cardiac rehab for a couple weeks now but they won't let me jog yet without a doctor's okay. My heart rate hasn't even gotten... Read more.
