Just for grins I'm posting the picture my wife took of my first full day at home following surgery with my staff of attendants looking after me.

That is a "comforting" picture... in more ways than one!

Certainly does provide "grins".
How do you tell them apart?

OMG! All three of them look like my Frosty who passed away at age 16 a couple of years ago. They sure know who needs attention. Both my cats always knew when I felt bad! and would sit with me. I miss them so much.

Looks like those attendants are snoozing on the job to me... I would call their supervisor...Lol!

Let us hope they don't decide to pounce on your chest! They look happy to be with you - they must have missed you.

Just the kind of calm comfort you need! I was so happy to get home from hospital and start the recovery process! I am coming up on my one year anniversary in September and feeling great! Best of luck to you on your journey!

Marking week 12 since my OHS to replace my aortic valve and graft to replace ascending aortic aneurysm. When folks ask me how it was I just say, "Easiest thing I ever did, in fact I slept right through it. Hardest part was the anticipation."
