Happy two year anniversary! Just checking in, and saw your post from a year ago that your surgery anniversary would've been yesterday! How's the cycling? I hope you are feeling great and back to normal.

Hi Kath, yes back to normal, but not sure normal is good. Biking all over and fulfilled a dream of returning to Europe for a weeklong trip 550 miles! Rehaping a broken clavicle at the moment. :(. But everything is great, saw my cardio yesterday and he likes everything. Two... Read more.

I am 8 weeks post op Friday and feel good. I have no murmur and I don't feel my heart pounding and overworking. Looking forward to some excersize in coming weeks. I found the whole process incredible.

Hi William, hope recovery is going well! Just wanted to say hi and see how everything went and what you thought of the whole experience. I go in on Friday for my pre-op work then onto surgery on the 31st....the time is just about here!
