Yeah Tabo! So delighted to hear you are home safe and the ordeal is behind you! I just passed my 1 year post-surgery date (April 9th) and am amazed about the miracle of modern medicine. Good luck and good healing to you!

Yeah, Tabo! So glad you are discharged from hospital and well enough to send us a note! It gets easier from here . Congratulations on your courage, and successful surgery. Thank the Lord for watching over and blessing us all!

Hi linda.thanks.you are right.it gets easier with time.also the thing is l know that after l recover.no more chest pain.l can aready sleep using only one pillow.afterusing three pillows the last about 13 years.l have no regrets.am strong enough to even pray.its great to feel the presence of God again.

Congratulations that you're through! Cardiac rehab for me is warm up for 10-15mins, circuit of treadmill/bike, arm/weight exercises and step exercises then warm down for 10mins all under the watchful eye of cardiac nurses who take your BP and pulse to set your targets.
