Hey.l have been experiencing some numb hotness in my hands en legs just before sleeping at nite and in the morning.during the day am ok.like theres too much blood.has anyone ever experience this?kindly advice

Its been five months since my aortic valve replacement surgery.am now on 5mg warfarin daily.is everyone on warfarin fasting two hours before en after taking the warfarin?

Hello everyone.its almost 3months post surgery.am feeling okey.l hadd an allegic rash around my scar last week.the doctor said l ate something that reacted.the rash has disapeared after taking some pills en appling some cream.am still doing the inr once a week.am abble to drive and my back no longer pains.goodnite everyone

Hi everyone. Thank you so much for the prayers and well wishes.lt feels good to be back.meaning able to share. I had my op on 7/3/16. l was wheeled to theater around 8 hrs.around 14- 15hrs l woke up to see my two sisters waving.l managed to sqeez her hand and l was taken to icu. When l woke up again l couldnt move or talk.l was not in pain.just numb and scared of the tubes in me.food tube in the nose big tube in my mouth en three tubes in my upper stomach. My neck en hands. Very good nurses messaging my back.l was expecting alot of pain but there is just tiredness. After 3days in icu am taken back to my hospital room.told to excercise.lifting hands up and walking.after lifting my hands the pain in my shoulders stoped. The worst time for me was when they had to remove the tubes.painfull. Goodnews is the surgery was successful.no leakeges.no complications.l hav just been geting better everyday.echo and ecg were done.they are clear.am on warferim 6mg every other day.yesterday did blood test.its ok.am back at the hotel was discharged on 16/03/16.am going to be here untill am well enough to take the 11 hours flight back home.

l am having my surgery done tomoro.am ready to go thru with it.am asured by my surgions that they will manage the pain to some extent..was admited friday.just watching tv and praying in my confortable self contained room.the doctors en staff are very frendly.en professional.l will sleep most of the day en talk to my family back home in Zambia.

Hi everyone. I want to thank everyone in this community for sharing your stories on this platform. I was very scared to have the operation, and didn't want to do it but after seeing how all of you are having surgery and it has really encouraged and taken my fear of surgery away.I have decided to go for it. good health to you all.
