I'm so sorry I did not see these posts sooner! (I'm still learning the various areas of the site!) My visit at NW went fantastic. They said my valve is repairable but doesn't have to be done quite yet. I'll be back there in 6 months for another stress echo... Read more.

Hi Stephanie! I actually live in New Lenox and my surgery date is this Thursday, January 30 at Northwestern. Our conditions are different, but I look forward to staying in touch here. This site has been incredibly supportive and helpful.
