Robert! So good to hear from you. David and I are quite well! Getting stronger every day. My heart is strong and healthy and I'm feeling great. I graduated cardia rehab 2 weeks ago and I'm continuing on with physical therapy twice a week, but no longer need my cane... Read more.
So nice to hear and I'm so glad you are making it. Except for the odd pain in a strange place, my team put me back together pretty well. I'm going on two years in August. Always thinking about you, heart sister.

You guys are great! Thinking of me and wishing me well. Thank you. I am doing very well with my new valve and gettin er dun. I see the cardio guy once a year when I send in my pacer strip and we go from there. The future looks bright... Read more.

Thanks Adam and thanks Gerald. I'm doing pretty well and back to my old self. Eating well, taking my meds and minerals plus lots of exercise. Hopefully, it will be 15+ years before I have to face this again. Be well.
