Lori, May the Lord continue to Bless and heal you! You have been through so much and the Lord has given you the grace to persevere. He is not going to abandon you now or ever. He just loves you too much! I'll be praying for you and your family.

From one who knows, addiction to pain pills is a huge impediment to a successful recovery. Be clean before the heart process begins. You must!

Meg! Clean? I'm clean, I just take pan meds for chronic pain. I've pared it down as much as I can. :(

P.S.- I am not an addict. 20 yrs ago I could not control exceeding the daily dosage OF A CERTAIN DRUG to way dangerous levels. My pain doctor experimented w/diff meds. NOW, I am not addicted. In fact, I'll forget to take it, but my pain reminds and I'll think... Read more.
