Here in the Philippines, there’s a lot of Filipinos with heart problem, I made my post public to easily search my name and my heart valve journey. There are people sending me messages in private to ask with the same problem as mine. And I’m happy to help them and answer their questions to the best I can.. and I highly reccommend also this website💙We are the living proof, our heart surgery experienced were successful, thanks be to God🙏

Lilian Peña Thanks Ruth joy for the advise. Appreciate this much❤️I try not to worry and eat all the healthy foods I want in moderate amount😃I need to gain weight gradually. I lost 5kls after my heart valve surgery. 2.5kls prior OHS and after another 2.5kls.
