Hi Lila, I was reading your story on your initial diagnosis of "moderate" aortic stenosis. Can you tell me how long it took for you to have the actual surgery? Was it shortly after or did you have a long wait? I'm so glad you are doing so well! Ruth

Hi Ruth. My original diagnosis was a bit weird. I had Moderately Severe leaking of the aorta valve, with both thickening of the aortic root but also 4.5cm dilation (I think 5.0cm is considered aneurysmal and immediate surgery).
