With the exception of the little scars on my right side that are a little tender, I feel fantastic. I was relatively asymptomatic before so for me that is a very good comparison.

I remember those days of getting dizzy walking stairs. That did not last long. My job was sedentary so my recovery might have been slower than most. But within 2 months my hiking stamina seemed fine. I even took a 4 day solo motorcycle trip 3 months after surgery. Lots... Read more.

It sound OK. Do you feel any restrictions now? For example, are you able to run/jog, to lift weigths? I.e. all the things, before MR to become serious enough?

I am one year and 3 months from surgery. I have had no problems for a long time.
