Thanks. The delay is related to my HMO currently being "out of network" and they keep denying the referrals to Dr. Malaisrie, and telling me to choose a doctor locally. I finally just ended up paying $500 out of pocket to get the "self-pay"appointment with him in October. My medical... Read more.
