10 years dude. I hope you are doing well. Since late last Nov. I've been flying back and forth to TN to help take care of my 88 year old mom. I go for about a month, and then my sister stays with her about a month.

Ernie, believe it or not, I am still running. Certainly more slowly. Father Time does not give us a free pass to continue to set PRs! I hope all is well with you. It seems like 2013 is well in the rear view mirror. How's life for you?

Dan, thanks for reaching out! Congratulations on your 9th anniversary. I hope all is well with you and your family. I certainly have wonderful memories of the time we all went through heart surgery. What a wonderful, supportive patient community. I continue to soldier on. Happy thanksgiving!
