You have heard of Blanche - My mother who at 97, walks on her own, swims in the ocean and if we let her, would still be driving. She didn’t have mitral valve surgery but she has AFib. She had the TEE and cardioversion at 95 and it worked for a long time. As of now she is in and out of Afib and in pretty good health for 97. She survived Covid this summer with flying colors. So … good luck and keep us informed.

Example--all the mass murders. (ie) Thousand Oaks. We have to,find ways to lower stress & It's causes. Perhaps then we can lower heart disease, &,stress related mental illness. (ie) PTSD.

I think camisoles and spandex undershirts are my new wardrobe staple. The tyranny of the underworld bra is over!! March on Heart Sisters!!!
