Thank you! I have been seeing an anxiety specialist (even before all of this happened) but I may seek out a trauma specialist too.

Hi Ellie , having ohs is a trauma and I know I didn't tell a lot of people because I didn't want them to worry. I didn't want to cause any one anxiety, but not talking about my health issue was causing more anxiety. There is no right or wrong,... Read more.

Ellie, short term anti-anxiety medication was so helpful to me -if you have not considered it. Also daily meditation.

What a scary experience and unpleasant way to spend Christmas. I'm so glad he came through it ok. I don't have expertise with the warfarin, but many here do and have gone on to live happy, healthy, fulfilled lives. Educating yourself is a good step in combatting the anxiety as... Read more.
