Thank you! I have been seeing an anxiety specialist (even before all of this happened) but I may seek out a trauma specialist too.

Thank you Suzette. I have been seeing a therapist and using all the tools in my toolbox to get through this. Trying to practice more selfcare too.

Ellie, short term anti-anxiety medication was so helpful to me -if you have not considered it. Also daily meditation.
