Dee, your body heals in it's own time. Emotions are more difficult. Prayer and meditation helped me through my recovery from aoritic valve replacement surgery. Sometimes just a good 10 minute cry does wonders too.
Have faith that you will get through this and come out stronger.

Wish and pray for you on a quick and healthy recovery. Just over four years ago I underwent open heart surgery for an aortic valve replacement at UC Davis medical center. Hope your recovery goes smoothly. Take care Jeff
