Bill, Many of us are sitting at home after our surgery and seeing the effects of the hurricanes. I felt so bad for people who are recovering from something in these areas. Please keep us posted. sounds like you are doing very well, yay.

Thank you, Jane. I am doing pretty well. We had no electric (air conditioning) and our street was flooded. My wonderful next door neighbor has a generator we were able to plug into for refrigeration and fans. 90 degree heat though was no picnic. Water has receded and we cannot... Read more.

Oh good! You are about 5 days farther than I am. I am walking but feel groggy or slightly light headed still. I don't know if that is the surgery or the beta blockers. Time will tell I guess. Just glad it is behind me. :)

Had a lot of discomfort from fluid around my lung. They drained more than a litre of fluid yesterday and feel much better!
