I am an RN and I was told about 3 years ago that I had moderate Aortic Stenosis. I was shocked! I followed up with a cardiologist and this year he told me the numbers on my echocardiogram showed I was in Severe Aortic Stenosis so I would need an Aortic Valve Replacement. I feel very confident in my surgeon and my hospital so I know this will be the road to recovery.
