I see you are about to have your surgery. I pray that everything goes well for you, and look forward to hearing about your recovery. My aortic valve replacement surgery is scheduled for December 2nd, so I'm right behind you!

All went very well, Cheryl. I can't believe how much of a well oiled machine this whole process has been. You will be fine. I look forward to hearing how well it goes for you

Thank you Anita! Our Thanksgiving was filled with family, friends and dogs! Couldn't ask for more (except for a new/repaired aortic valve this week)!

Thanks so much... I am so ready for this now. I just want to get to the "other side" now and start feeling good again. I forget what having pep in my step is like!
Anita, my best wishes for your surgery and recovery tomorrow. It is a gritty journey, but you can do it like us old vets did it before. I'm a five week vet of AVR and kind of a baby when it comes to pain, but guess what I did it... Read more.
