Dear Amy, I read your post . I was on this site because my husband will have his aortic valve replaced soon. Just felt led to read your post. So sorry that you have to endure this. You are so very pretty. Why do things happen as they do ? I don't know. Don't know if you are a God believer or not, but I will pray for you. There is always a bigger picture. May it go well for you. I pray that God will help you and do amazing things for you. Psalm 139 I call the birthday psalm, because it talks of God's perfect knowledge of us. You may find comfort in this. God bless you.
