Hi mom, I was googling you and dad and this came up, its interesting to look back on it and see how well you recovered, your scar is so small now. I think its been about 3.5 to 4 years since you had surgery. glad youre doing well love you!

Hi Cecilia Good to hear you are okay. Yes, heart surgery is definitely not the church picnic. I wasn't allowed to start rehab until at least 7 weeks after surgery. Guess we are all different in that regard. I would think that if you are starting this soon you would... Read more.

Did you read Adam's book or most recently on his blog where someone asked the question about how soon to start rehab? I guess the answer is different for everyone, but if you don't think you're ready then wonder how well you'll do? You'll make the right decision. Keep posting.Positive... Read more.
