Special Announcements Coming! (Part I of VI)

Hi everybody,

I wanted to let you know that a series of special announcements are about to be posted. My hope is that each announcement will further enhance the heart valve surgery experience for both patients and caregivers.

I won’t get to read them for awhile as I will be undergoing (?) surgery for an ascending aorta and valve (? – unknown but probably) replacement on December 8th. I sent your book to my daughter so she could read it before my surgery. She did read it and it helped both of us a lot.

Peace be with you. I believe that I will suffer, but God will overcome! After all, he did it once before! LOLOL

Good Luck Joyce! Being 12 weeks since my own Ascending Aorta and BAV repair, I can tell you that Adam’s book was great to read before and also helped my wife and family with their preparation. You have and will continue to get advice, but make sure that you allow your supporting cast to support you and don’t try to do too much at the beginning. Lean on them, thats what they’re there for.
